    We are seeking a proactive and detail-driven Finance Executive / Finance Officer to join our growing finance department at Trust and Rise, Kozhikode. The ideal candidate will be responsible for managing the financial health of the organization, ensuring compliance with statutory regulations, and contributing to budgeting, forecasting, and financial planning activities.

    You should have strong analytical capabilities, a solid understanding of financial principles, and the ability to work independently while collaborating effectively with various departments.

What you'll get to do...

  • Manage day-to-day finance operations including payables, receivables, and general ledger

  • Prepare monthly, quarterly, and annual financial reports

  • Support in budget preparation, variance analysis, and financial forecasting

  • Monitor cash flow, fund management, and banking operations

  • Ensure statutory compliance including GST, TDS, Income Tax, and ROC filings

  • Assist in financial audits and liaise with external auditors

  • Coordinate with internal teams for financial planning and control

  • Implement and monitor internal financial controls and systems

  • Analyze financial data to identify trends and recommend improvements

Your experience should include...

  • 3+ years of relevant experience in financial management or accounting

  • Proficiency in accounting software like Tally, Zoho Books, QuickBooks, or ERP systems

  • In-depth knowledge of financial regulations, taxation, and compliance

  • Strong command of Microsoft Excel and financial modeling

  • Good analytical, problem-solving, and communication skills

  • Ability to manage multiple tasks and meet deadlines

  • High level of integrity and discretion in handling confidential information

You might also have...

  • A Bachelor’s or Master’s degree in Finance, Accounting, or Commerce

  • Certification such as CA (Inter), CMA (Inter), or equivalent professional qualification

  • Experience in handling company audits or working with auditors
